Goods are shipped out within 3-7 business days depending on order quantity. And we ship worldwide!
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

DO WE PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
Note that due to logistical reasons, sometimes items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We use ePocket and USPS delivery services to ship your packages.
Please ensure your address is complete and properly submitted when placing an order with Amazing-galaxy.com.
If your delivery address has a suite #, apt. #, floor # or any other additional information that will help with the delivery process please make sure to include this when submitting your order.
If additional information is required in order to deliver your package, and that information was not provided on your original order, or if the delivery address is changed in order to make the delivery there will be a charge to you of $15 which will be processed /charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.
If your package is refused or returned due to being undelivered for any reason, there will be a return freight charge to you (which will be the same cost as the original freight charge on your original order) plus a $25 restocking fee. These fees will be processed / charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.
Residential packages are left at the recipient’s door as no signature is required for residential deliveries. Amazing-galaxy.com is not responsible for any lost packages after the delivery has been made.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM SUCH IS CLOTHING - OR OTHER PRODUCTS
We strive to ship all orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. Orders are shipped via ePocket and USPS. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges fees. Please feel free to contact your Customer Service Representative with any questions.
Order & Service Questions
Changes to an Order Already Placed
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day. If we receive the change of a order before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time we will try to our best to make the change.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
If you would like your order to arrive by December 25th, we recommend you place your order by the following dates: Standard National Shipping - Place your order by Dec. First for delivery by December 25th.
Standard International Shipping - (not a guaranteed service) Place your order before December First by 10:00am. EST TIME for delivery by December 25th.
-Service is not available to PO boxes.
We will pay the shipping charges for International Service and within the Continental U.S.A for a order of $50.00 or more.
