U.S. RETURN POLICY
Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 7 days the product has been received, with a valid confirmation in our system. To alleviate these issues, we have revised the Amazing Galaxy Co. Returns Policy & Procedure. By returning the unwanted item to us with no additional requests, we can process a refund faster. In the meantime, if you wishes to get a different size or product altogether, you can place the order at your expense for a product in another size. We believe this will improve the experience for our customers.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must be attached in order to be returned. Make sure you’re completely satisfied with your item before removing this tag.
Some items marked Final Sale and clearance may be non-returnable.
Ship it back to us.
Drop off your package at any USPS location. Once it ships, use the return tracking number to track its progress. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment minus $25 restocking fee, and minus the shipping cost using the prepaid return label. We’ll send an email to let you know we’ve processed your return—it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
If you prefer to return using the delivery service of your choice, please do so. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items that arrive outside of our returns window or lost packages.
Order/Items Received Are Incorrect or Missing
We try very hard to make sure your order is correct and arrives to you safely and quickly. However, we realize that mistakes may happen while processing your order.
If your order contains incorrect items such as an item was missing, damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please let us know sending us an E-mail at email@example.com and we will try to solve the issue as soon is possible.
We will no longer accept exchange requests of any kind. We do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. If you’d like to return a product that is misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days the product has been received. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
